New perspectives on sustainability - Exhibition at the Arosa Natur Labor

30/06/2022 > 30/07/2022

Public programme. With insight from the experts and village walk.

What new perspectives on tackling the environmental crisis emerge when people from Arosa, scientists and artists work together?

The "Schpensa" project uses the example of the potato to show the potential that lies in localising food systems in the Alpine region. It creates a potato garden throughout the village and collects its knowledge about the crop in a constantly growing online archive. With Tina Arpagaus, Violeta Burckhardt, Anne-Laure Franchette, Sarah Garcin, Alexandra Müller-Crepon, Tara Lasrado, Bettina Tschuor

The experimental project "Food is Human" grows mushrooms on sewage sludge from Arosa. It expands our idea of (human) waste and offers new ideas on current food production cycles. With Mark Antony, Paloma Ayala, Nadine Keller, Alexandra Müller-Crepon, Tara Lasrado.
